When I manifest, I always detail my desires and goals and try to visualize them. And after that, I create an action plan.

The key is to write sincerely and with intention believing that anything is possible if you set your mind to it.

Journal Prompts To Overcome Negative Thoughts

The first step to overcoming my negative thoughts was recognizing that these were just thoughts, not facts.

Rather than thinking this was a reality, I began to understand that they were just distorting the perception of reality.

80% of the things we are scared of, they never happen. But sometimes, our mind just blocks us with negative thoughts because our brain is trying to counteract any dangerous situation.

That's why you need to start challenging their validity. Ask yourself if there's evidence to support these thoughts or if they are just assumptions created by fake scenarios in our minds.

Try to shift your mind by considering the positive outlook you could gain from any situation. Stop taking things personally or overgeneralizing situations.
